He is known for sector-shaping innovations such as having set up the first global philanthropic services and impact investing department for a top-tier bank in Europe, taught Europe’s first university course on social entrepreneurship, created the largest ultra-high net worth conference on philanthropy (UBS Philanthropy Forum), or brands such as Impact Economy and Corporate Impact Venturing.

Used to run one-on-one, small and large group sessions, Dr. Martin is regularly invited to train senior leaders on social entrepreneurship, impact investments and innovation worldwide.
